Is this your first time taking classes at Bodylicious Fitness? Please arrive 15 minutes before class to register.

In an effort to save time in registering new participants, please print & complete registration forms and bring them to class upon your FIRST visit. EVERYONE, regardless of age and type of class attending at Bodylicious Fitness MUST complete the Release of Liability Form - this will only have to be done at 1st visit. For minor children (under the age of 18), all of the information should be completed about the child and the parent MUST sign for the child.

FEES

At Bodylicious Fitness you won’t have to deal with enrollment fees, long term or confusing contracts. We offer a “pay as you go” membership program as well as a punch card system and many other options for individuals, groups and private parties.

PRICE PER CLASS

• Regular Adult Class - $7.00
• Seniors (65+) - $5.00
• Students - $5.00

BOOTCAMP

• $100 for 4 weeks.

ZUMBATOMIC

• $20 for 4 week session. Siblings get $5 off.

BODYLICIOUS PACKAGES

• 10 Regular Adult Class Punch Card - $50 (expires 90 days from first use).
• 10 Senior or Student Class Punch Card - $45 (expires 90 days from first use).

ADDITIONAL PRICING POLICIES

• Unlimited monthly memberships begins on date of purchase. Valid 30 days from date of purchase.
• Punchcard expires 90 days from date of purchase, no transfers or extensions.
• Student rates valid for high school and college students through age 22.
• All persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must sign a waiver.
• Methods of payment include: cash, check, VISA, M/C and discover.
• There will be a $30.00 service fee charged for all NSF checks, returned or stop payment checks.
• All punchcards are final sale; NO REFUNDS or cancellations; NO EXCEPTIONS.
